Mindfulness & Self-Awareness Course

A foundational course teaching youth how to cultivate presence, calm, and emotional clarity through mindfulness practices. Students will learn to:

  • Practice mindful breathing, body awareness, and grounding exercises
  • Recognize their emotions without judgment and respond with intention
  • Develop inner calm in times of stress or overwhelm
  • Build focus, reduce anxiety, and improve emotional regulation
  • Reflect on their thoughts and feelings with compassion and curiosity
  • Integrate mindfulness into daily routines - at school, online, and at home
  • Use journaling, meditation, and visualization to increase self-awareness and mental wellness

The course blends reflective journaling, guided meditation, and real-life mindfulness practices to help youth cultivate calm, clarity, and emotional strength. Through guided exercises, group reflection, and creative activities, students develop lifelong habits of presence, purpose, and inner peace - empowering  them, equipping  them with the skills and tools, to face life’s challenges with resilience and self-awareness. Take-home tools and resources support continued practice beyond the classroom.
