Creating Spaces of Hope, Connection, and Growth

🌈 How We Help

Every young person deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported β€” to know their life has meaning and that they are never alone.

Through education, creativity, and community connection, the Life Worth Living Project helps youth and families build the empathy, resilience, and emotional strength to thrive.

πŸ’› Resilience & Emotional Wellness

Our classroom-based curriculum and mindfulness courses teach students kindness, self-awareness, and resilience β€” helping them navigate life’s challenges with courage and compassion.

πŸ’› Resilience, Kindness, Compassion & Empathy Curriculum

Our 8-week school-based curriculum helps students develop emotional awareness, empathy, and resilience through reflective lessons, group activities, and real-world practice.
Students learn to manage stress, communicate with kindness, and build stronger connections with others β€” creating a foundation for lifelong emotional well-being.

🌿 Mindfulness & Self-Awareness Courses

These courses teach presence, calm, and inner strength.
Students learn to recognize their emotions without judgment, build coping skills, and find clarity and balance in difficult moments.
Mindfulness empowers young people to respond with intention β€” one breath, one choice, one act of kindness at a time.

Support Youth Mental Wellness

Join us in empowering young minds with kindness, empathy, and resilience to prevent suicide. Together, we can make a difference.
